i've left this blog unattended for a long while back in april and may bcoz of london and exams. now that im home, i should be back to my usual power-blogging self yes?

not.

being home is making me lazy. i just had lunch with mum and dad, had homw-cooked nasi ayam and it was delish. as its a tuesday, most of my brothers dont come home for lunch but they'll be home around 3. today's actually my first day back of relaxing. since being home on thursday, i have been out and about with the boyfren, making up for lost time =) hehe and ystrdy i went to ms and saw all my tcrs - btw, to jirin and anisah, mr. meer says hi. he's got specific msgs for me to tell each of u but i forgot. pokoknya today i get to actually breathe in the living-with-parents atmosphere that i mentioned in the last post. ystrdy i ke the mall (haha) and just chilled with effy and izah. we hungout at weststreet, which is totally infested with lil kids with their tiny jeans and big spiked up hair and i just think 'dont they haf skool??"

but then, i guess thats how our seniors of 4-5 years thought of me and my frens back when i was that age. haha. damn we're all getting old. plus, the boyfren's sister is on my back encouraging me to get married asap. not that she's anal or anything, she's juat all about the 'jauhkan dusa, parents nda ingau' that kinda ish. but no, not getting married till i graduate. and apparently, thats not soon enough for her. but she's being a doll about it, offering to talk to their mum if i do wanna get married this summer.

well, i think not. another 3 more years wont hurt, yes? =)

on the home-family side, like i said before, all my brothers have grown up so much. i got them football jerseys and one of them cudnt fit into the size i got him - making me feel very bad. but then at least they're happy to see me and dont seem as upset as i expected when the shirts dont fit/fit as well. buleh aku ah? boys grow up fast and 8 mths is a long time for them to grow. my bad la. so anyhow, since it didnt fit one of them at all, aku ambil la.



lawa kan? haha plsu the one brother that cudnt fit into the shirt alredi got an arsenal home jersey frm my dad when he went to dubai last month. so no significant loss there =)

and i just got off the fone with aslin. rupanya aku anie keeping my being in brunei on the down low, low banar. trying to keep it a secret to surprise effy, then i forget to tell the rest of my frens that im back. sorry guys! but this weekend im gonna see aslin and arif. loooong-lost buddies. hehe and since arif's getting married in july, iatah masanya kan hangout nie sama ia. sementara ia bujang ah.

bah im tired now. oh and u knw wat my brothers say abt me? 'kaka makin lampuh jua'.

feels good to be home lol.

Home Sweet Home

see, i have a good reason for not blogging. no, not bcoz ive got exams, but..

IM BACK HOME IN BRUNEI!

hehe been home since thurs. had an eventful flight back home and a fun-filled weekend. im happy =)

the ride to heathrow took forrevverr! me and nis left at 11 from kent but arrived at the airport at 3.30! it just so happens that on the day we needed to catch a flight, the Highway Agency (yes, there is such thing. during the long taxi ride we listend to the radio and they mentioned Highway Agency) had to close down the M25. apa lgi? rushing sini sana. and we missed lunch too :s

anyhoo, it was a quiet flight back home so we could move around. we had personal tvs! case sakai nie psl last time i came to uk back in sept there were no tvs. and poor anisah, whose been back and forth 3 times and still never had tv on her flight. see how ecstatic she was when she discovered we had tvs? =p



so anyhoo, the tv we had didnt work so we spent most of the flight moving around trying to find a got pair of tv. we ended up watching two musicals, grease and music and lyrics. great movies. 5 stars. haha going back home makes it much better too =p

so hows brunei? siuuuk!! yea, i can feel the humidity and panas and all, but in overall, its good to be back home =) my 2 youngest borthers have grown so much since i last saw them and it feels good to just come back and listen to them fight over some nonsense in the background. like what theyre doing now lol.

so here i am, back in my old comfy bed. spent the weekend with the boyfren, eating sushi, surprising effy and catching the latest pirates movie. went to tutong. slept in my old gorgeous room, cooked lunch for my family (believe it or not) and just bask in the whole living-with-parents-atmosphere. no laundry, no dishes, no cleaning.

and the best part of brunei?



the boyfren is here! hehe makes the long months of waiting worth it. im gonna be all mushy for a sec yea?

its like falling in love with him all over again =)

ive got my criminal law paper in less than 2 hrs but i cant sit still. im excited at the prospect of finishing my FIRST YEAR OF LLB LAW!

if i pass that is. AMEEENN~~ i pass.

hehe. so i'll be MIA for a bit. after the exam today i'll hop off straight to london until tuesday. then on wednesday is the day of *u knw what*

haha. i cant help meself.

HAPPY 20TH BIRTHDAY!

semoga d panjangkan umur, murah rezeki, sihat wal'afiat dan sentiasa berada d dalam lindunganNya.

also congrats on the change of bujanghood. lol.

(i would post a picture of rezzy, but my pendrive is with anisah. but everyone knws how wacky and crazy and nice and good-looking rezzy is kan kan?)

this is a nice break from all the studying. today was the first day of summer term and im filled with mixed emotions - panick at the idea that my exams are just around the corner and also excited and deliriously happy that my flight home to brunei is also around the corner. i just hope this mix of emotions wont compromise my revision.

i mean, london was all fine and dandy. it was good to eat kelupis and nasi lemak and nasi goreng corn beef and buttermilk chicken and nasi from baras wangi but it kinda removed my focus from revising. thank god for ka nadz and jem. the atmosphere at lavender mews was more suited for revision, all quiet and surrounding themselves with thick bricks which we call books, seeing that the two girls haf papers on the first day ie today! thanks for everything ka! and u too jem! =)

now i dont reli knw wat to say. ive done the birthday wish.. oh yes! the so-called earthquake! everyone's been talking abt the earthquake that happened saturday morning but the thing is, i didnt even feel it coz i was fast asleep, hence 'so-called'. atu handal sudah tu, sleeping thru a 4.7 earthquake on the ricter (sp?) scale. i didnt even bother telling my mum abt it till my uncle in london called me to check if i was okay that it dawned on me.. if he was bothered enuf to call, then my mum shud knw rite? so call i did and we had a loooong chat just catching up. i miss my mummy.

i knw i knw, im going home soon. but why oh why do i have to sit for exams???
