i just got an email from hsbc about the hearts of borneo challenge. sounds tres interesting. its a cycling thingy from belait to serasa beach. i thought 'hmmm cycling is easier than running so why not?' and then a voice in my head said 'i don't have a bike'.
so jgntah. harhar. so much for being all athletic and semangat. but seriously, i dont need a bike, so why get one just for the event?
(as i'm writing this, it just crossed my mind that i can borrow someone's bike. but naaaaah~)
so how has everyone been? i do realise my usual readers are bored/fed-up/annoyed by the workout/exercising/dieting monologue i've adopted since joining the gym. but hey, as of now, my life revolves around the gym so there isnt reli anything else that i can write about. so those who dont wanna read up on my gym excursions, you're welcomed to skim read. or just stop reading my blog until puasa starts coz thats when i'll stop going to the gym.
oh, i've been assigned by my aunt to help out my cousins man this booth in SYSHHB where we basically sell cool trinkets and science-y stuff. because of this new commitment, i cant reli afford long workout sessions =(
okay. correction. it was only today that i cudnt get a proper workout done because it was the launching of the fair (where one of the booth is ours) at SYSHHB hence i had to leave the gym early for the booth duty. so today's workout was quite dissapointing, only 20mins on the treadmill and another 20 on weights. definitely will make up for it tomoro. anyway, SYSHHB is basically where i'll be all day long excpet for mornings (gym time. duuh~). i even have lunch there. sad, i know.
im losing a bit more weight tho.
im actually worried abt this because this might mean i'm losing muscle mass (altho i hope its my fat mass). i cant say its because of this whole obsession with the gym because despite exercising more than i did in the uk, i also eat more here. and when i say i eat more, i mean i really do. and its not just extra portions, its the stuff i eat. obviously i dont go as far as McDs or KFC (i hate fast food! im not being a snob but after watching Super-Size Me, i've totally lost my cravings for cheese burgers and fries. but hey, i still love donuts) but i do eat more deep fried stuff and i've been indulging my sweet tooth more than usual.
hmm. mental note to self: consult rose on this matter!
on non-gym-related issues....
i need to start seeing my friends. and not just by accident. i need to see nav and zah and jidah and wani and effy and rosie and syazwi and tashry and aaaaallll the rest of them. i need to have a healthy transition from boyfren to friends. he starts work next week so no more daily outings. boooo.
i'm getting clingy; yes. the more reason i need to go out with other ppl asap. its this chauffeur duty thats bothering me. boyfren doesnt mind being co-chauffeur but friends are a different matter.. so we'll see.
me wants to see that new batman movie. whats it called. the dark knight. and i'll finish on that random thought.
much loooove,
be'ah xxx
